It is really important to take some time out of your day to take some time to yourself and a good way to do this can be through exercise. In January I decided that I needed to do more to keep fit (I decide this every year, I've tested most of the gyms in my local area) so I was looking to see what other things I could do. I came across a local running group called Stride Out, they were just for women and were running a couch to 5k course. I was very nervous but joined anyway, I had another friend joining a family friendly one close to her at the same time.
I have found that this has been a total change from my usual effort where I quit after about two week and never want to go back to whatever class I have joined. We all started of just running 30 seconds and walking 30 seconds and now we are into week 7 and next week we will all be running the 5k.
Why not give it a try there are a lot of groups to pick from that do a similar thing or there are apps if you want to try it on your own. I did try that but found it really hard to get motivated plus I have made some really good friends at the club. Here is more information about the stride out clubs if that is something you would like to look into. Stride out
